Hi, I’m Jose — born in Medellín, raised in New Jersey and lived many years in Toronto.
I’m a local guide, abstract painter, and former graffiti artist from Comuna 13. I created @medellin.sounds to capture the city’s raw beauty — the music, the markets, the real street energy.
What started as short videos turned into Medellín Sounds Tours: real, bilingual walking tours that go beyond the tourist spots. One sound, one story, one bite at a time.
